You’ll receive a recurring report — delivered as a Looker Studio Dashboard, PDF, Excel/Google Sheet, or slide deck — containing up to 25 visuals (charts, graphs, or tables). If you need more than 25 visuals in one report, it will count as 2 reports towards your allotted amount. Reports are delivered on your preferred schedule via email or shared drive and customized to your liking.

We'll make any minor tweaks or adjustments that you request (via email) such as changing a label name, a header, a color, etc. We will make up to 3 major revisions/month upon request such as a new chart, a new section, or a new calculation.

Each unique platform or file we connect to counts as one data source. This includes tools like Google Ads, QuickBooks, Shopify, SQL databases, or a manually uploaded CSV. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, reach out — we’re happy to confirm.

We can connect to many of the most common tools used on the market. If it has an API or the ability to export to a CSV, we likely can connect to it. If you have a question about your data sources, send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can help you.

We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we follow industry best practices for data protection. We sign NDAs when required and comply with major data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Your data is only every stored temporarily during processing, we do not store any data long term. Once a report or analysis is complete, any files on our side are deleted. Dashboards may retain connected data, or pull from live sources, depending on setup.

Yes! Our plans are flexible and month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time without any long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
